Avtar Birdi

Avtar’s property journey began over 3 decades ago when he assisted his father with a number of local buy-to-let properties in Leeds, he then went on to purchase, manage and renovate his own.

With a successful 35 year career in Construction products sales and project management together with experience of running a small business, Avtar always aspired to run his own company which he knew would no doubt be in the Construction sector and would involve some type of property development.

Avtar works with industry professionals, each with extensive experience in their industry to reach the full potential of each conversion project and maximise profitability for 1711 Developments and its investors.

Construction Project Manager

Dan Mutti

Dan is a seasoned self-employed professional with nearly 40 years of expertise in the construction industry. He specialises in new builds, extensions, and refurbishments, managing both large and small projects. His past experience includes working for a Self-Build Company, where he honed skills in material procurement, organisation, planning, and time management.

A proactive and efficient construction administrator, Dan has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. He is highly respected by clients and industry professionals alike, having built a strong reputation among architects, structural engineers, building contractors and local authority planning and building control departments.

Currently, as a Project Manager and Construction Administrator, Dan works with a builder recognised as the East Midlands LABC Building Excellence Award winner for “Best New Build Accommodation” and is in the running for the National Award at the 2025 ceremony.
